AUTOMATIC SACK FEEDER ROBOT WITH SEWING SYSTEM

Function:

*The robot automatically feed the packing machine and after the bags are filled with the product  automatic conveying system carries the bags in sequence to the automatic sewing machine with the help of holding arms.

General specifications:

*The machine has two sack feeding units working sequantially 

*The feeding unit is operated by vacuum system

*The machine takes the sacks to automatic sewing unit and sews the sacks automatically 

*PLC computer control and easy use. 

*Touch panel and PLC system is SCHNEIDER.

*Operates by 6 bars air pressure and 380 Volts electricity

*Maximum electiric consumption: 6 KW / h

*Electrical and electronical material are European made.

*A working area of 40m2 is required -including the exit band

*The machine processes polymer sacks for  25 and 50 kg products
